workplace solidarity
A workplace solidarity platform, gifted free to companies that want to lift their own people.
We built and gift a non-profit solidarity platform to companies that want to lift their own junior staff. Senior employees opt in to donate two, five or twenty pounds a day from their salary, and the funds reach colleagues in cleaning, security, cafeteria and maintenance first, prioritised by real need such as family size, illness and medical expenses. Each company runs an isolated white-labelled copy under its own logo and database, with full ownership of employee data and full privacy on who gives what.

A platform a company can call its own.
Each deployment of the platform is white-labelled to the company that hosts it. The logo on the header, the language tone, the employee directory and the database are all theirs. The Saudi German Health build pictured here is one of several live copies, each running in complete isolation from the others.
How a daily two pounds becomes solidarity.
We kept the donor flow short on purpose. A senior employee can read who they will help, pick the amount they want to contribute every day, watch the impact accumulate, and adjust their commitment at any time. The interaction is short enough to complete during a coffee break and quiet enough not to broadcast who is giving what.
The greeting.
The first thing a donor sees is the scale of the gesture. A simple line tells them they are about to help 290 colleagues in cleaning, security and maintenance, with a co-branded company header above so the platform feels like part of their workplace, not a third-party tool.
Pick a daily amount.
Three coin denominations make the commitment tangible. Two, five or twenty pounds taken from the donor's salary every day. The framing is intentional: the choice is not whether to help, it is at what cadence.
Watch the impact grow.
A live progress bar shows how close the platform is to closing the targeted salary gap this month. Underneath it, a six-month chart shows how many colleagues the donor has already reached. Solidarity becomes a number that moves.
Your donor profile.
Donors can adjust their daily amount or pause the contribution at any time. There is no friction designed in to keep people committed. The platform trusts the choice they made.
Impact, measured and reported back.
Every donor and every company sees the same kind of reporting. How many colleagues received help this month, how close the platform got to its salary-gap target, who the recipients were and what their family situation looks like. The numbers are aggregated to protect individual donors, while keeping the impact concrete.
